Our body is the vehicle of our awareness of reality. It is the tool that allows us to fully experience the universe in which we evolve.

This consciousness takes place at the level of our senses (touch, smell, hearing, seen, ...), of our body and our mind.

What this application offers is an alternating breathing (the pranayama nadi shodhana) for a few minutes in order to better feel the air that enters and that comes out of the nostrils (alternately we clog a nostril then the other).

This exercise is carried out seated legs crossed in a place where you will not be disturbed.
