This application contains a base of training programs combined in 2 sections, which correspond to the possible goals of the application user:

• set of muscle mass (section "Mass");

• development of the relief (section "relief");

There is a section “For girls”, where you can find the best training programs adapted for girls.

The “Specialization” section contains training programs, the purpose of which is to develop certain muscle groups.

Also in the appendix there is a section “Technique of exercises”, which contains many exercises with a detailed description of the correct technique of their implementation.

In the “Nutrition” section, you will find all kinds of sports menus for the day, allowing you to gain muscle mass, or make the body more embossed by reducing the level of subcutaneous fat, or simply bring your body to tone.

The application is created to popularize a healthy lifestyle among people of all ages. The main goal of the developers is to make sport an integral part of people's lives.
