Maintenance app for the processing of orders

House technicians, maintenance staff and facility management service providers use the maintenance app to process their orders (for example, inspections, maintenance, inspections) comfortably and conveniently with their smartphones.

The app offers a comfortable search, filter options and sorting of "own" orders and allows the photo documentation of executed orders with the camera.

Access data for the Facility Management Software Visa FM Room Book is required. Customers receive these from the manufacturer free of charge, and those interested can use them for a period of four months free of charge.

- Auftragsliste mit meinen Aufträgen
- Dokumentation von Aufträgen mit Fotos und Dokumenten
- Dokumentation von Inspektionen, Reparaturen und anderen Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Erfassung von Arbeitszeiten, Kosten und Materialien/Ersatzteilen
- Filtern und Suchen von Aufträgen, auch mit Barcode
