An innovative app for diabetic patients to be informed about diabetes and will aid in maintaing the blood glucose level.

1. All You Need to Know about PMBG & HbA1c

- Provides detailed information on PMBG and HbA1c in 9 regional languages.

2. HbA1c to mean blood glucose calculator

-- Will enable the patient to know the mean glucose values based on the HbA1c values

3. My HbA1c graph

- HbA1c values in the app recorded over a period of time as a graphical presentation. This enables a better understanding of the HbA1c trend to the patient at a glance

4. Next A1c due

- Will remind the patient when the next HbA1c test is due

5. My blood glucose graphs

- Will enable patients to record and track their fasting and post meal blood glucose trends which will be presented in a graphical view for easy understanding.

6. Pill Reminder

-The patient will schedule his pill intake timings once

-The patient will set the reminder time before hand

-At the scheduled time, the patient will be asked if he has taken the medication

-Snooze option will be available

7. My Daily Caloric Requirement Calculator

- Will enable the patient to understand his/her calorie requirement based on patient demographics namely gender, age, lifestyle (physical activity)

- Will enable the patient to calculate calories based on the diet items consumed

- Option to view the typical and modified diet chart for the day in 9 regional language.

10. Exercise Tracker

- Will enable client to track the no of calories burnt in exercises involving various physical activities

- The exercises can be broadly classified as indoor and outdoor which involves different levels of straining. Thus, the patient understands what level of physical workout he is undergoing and how much beneficial the current exercise regimen is

- Will be based on duration for which the corresponding exercise is performed.
