The W/Me app is designed to work in synergy with the W/Me wristband; empowering you with the ability to measure the core of your body's life support system, the autonomic nervous system (ANS). It also provides an interactive rhythmic breathing coach to help balance your ANS. To take it a step further, we have integrated notification features to bring convenience to our users.

We call the on-board sensor the Life Spectrum Analyzer. It is a sensor that was only available to the healthcare industry. Along with our proprietary algorithm, W/Me can decode the signals in your heart rate variation (HRV) to make inferences on how agile your ANS is as well as your breathing.

AGILITY SCORE

The agility score indicates your body's capability to adjust to the changes in the environment.

ANS AGE

Working with researchers in the medical field, we have collected years of data and can infer the age of your ANS.

COACHING

Backed by years of medical research, we developed a coaching platform with 5 progressive levels and 1 programmable level for you to practice abdominal breathing. Each level is defined by a different breathing rhythm. The higher the level, the slower and deeper your breathing needs to be.

We've built in a feature that lets you use the button on your W/Me as a remote camera trigger for your devices.
