This app will audio coach you while you run - you just run and the app will do the rest! The program will talk you through a distance running journey - and is your guide, instructor, and trainer!

This app is for people who want to train for a 5k road race. This app was created by expert track and distance running instructor, John Pistone, with over 50 years of experience! Within this application are three goal paces, if you want to run a 5K race

- Running an average of 10:00 minute mile pace (beginners)

- Running an average of 7:24 minute mile pace (intermediate)

- Running an average of 5:28 minute mile pace (advanced)

- GPS Tracking

- Pace monitor to tell you to speed up, slow down, or continue to run at pace

- Voice coaching

- Track your distance and time

- Skip workouts or parts within workouts
