The Foundation level is the first of the two PRINCE2 examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner. This app contains 35 Questions and the Pro app has 100 questions.

This exam is designed to measure whether you would be able to act as an informed member of a project team using the PRINCE2 method within a project environment supporting PRINCE2.

PRINCE2 is an internationally recognized project management method that:

Steps out the management activities and responsibilities for the project lifecycle

Aligns project teams to a common project management approach

Is a generic project management approach that can be used on any type of project regardless of size and type

Is recognized by major project management institutes

PRINCE2 comprises of four integrated elements referred to as Principles, Processes, Themes and Tailoring.

The Principles set the bases for a best practice project management approach

The Processes define a sequence of activities required to prepare, execute and close a project

The Themes establish the management functions, roles, responsibilities and documents to support the execution of the Processes, and

Tailoring covers how to adapt PRINCE2 to the specific needs of a project and how to adopt PRINCE2 within an organization’s operating environment
