In this latest update we're improving the booking experience along with a number of bug fixes.

Before requesting a ride, your quote will now reflect your active promo code that will be applied to the trip.

We're also rolling out an improved tip function with a select number of suppliers so you'll be able to adjust the tip amount before your ride.

Just select your pickup location and drop-off destination, choose your preferred vehicle type, and from a list of local cars you’ll see their ETA and price – it’s as easy as that. - Sort rides from local car services by ETA or price depending on what is more important to you at the time.

- Pre-book when you need a car ready and waiting; crucial for making your flight out of JFK or LaGuardia Airport, and arriving at other important events on time.

- Track your car as it makes its way through New York to your current location; we will even notify you when your car is at your destination.

- Don’t like carrying cash? Not an issue as all payments are handled through the app so when you get to your destination, you can simply hop out and be on your way.

- Safety is paramount at Karhoo and that is why all of our car services and their drivers are licensed by their local authorities.
