LocSoc is the innovative smartphone application that instantly allows you to find the trendiest people and establishments not only near you but anywhere around the world, through intelligent geo location.

Ever wondered which club or bar to go to when traveling to a different country; or even in your city on a weekend of fun? Want to meet new people who you share common interests with, or that are going to the same party as you? Too shy to speak to that beautiful girl or guy right next to you? Then, LocSoc is the app for you, to Localize and Socialize with the hottest people in the hottest spots!

The social life of its users is boosted thanks to the integration of a multi-search system composed of filters for “users” and “spots”.

For users: communities can be built through an affinity to tastes and identities such as age group, look, and sexual orientation or by ethnicity. For spots: it gives you the ability to search for places frequently attended by the community of your preference via filters such as popularity, type of music, type of customers and proximity.

Another special feature about LocSoc is that it allows the users to check-in to a place they’re at or to a spot they are going to, up to one month ahead allowing the user to utilize it as a vibrant social events calendar. This gives the user a platform to share their social interests and join the type of crowd they prefer.

After creating their dedicated profile, the user can access all of the various spots and get in touch with other members through an integrated chat system. Users can choose the level of confidentiality of their profile by allowing who they want to be visible to on the network.

The application will be free to download for everyone, with all 'elite' options unlocked for the first month of usage. Upon completion of the month, the elite options will be locked. Users can then continue using the free version or upgrade back to elite.

In addition, a tutorial video is available for users to familiarize themselves with the functionalities of the application.
